Sony has been a professional business advisor for over 30 years and is one of the leading advisors on structuring and tax issues in Indonesia. He spent most of his career working for major international accounting firms, including three years in Melbourne, Australia, before setting up his own business advisory practice. He was Chairman of a major accounting firm in Indonesia and is now Managing Partner of Harsono Strategic Consulting.
During his career Sony has gained in-depth knowledge of the commercial aspects of doing business in Indonesia including financial, accounting, regulatory and tax issues. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, transfer pricing issues, taxation on cross-border transactions, and project formation and planning. He specializes in servicing major Japanese, US and European corporations.
Sony has extensive knowledge of business structuring and taxation issues in a number of industries, in particular upstream oil and gas, as well as mining and energy.

Dwi Ary is the partner in charge of the firm's transfer pricing practice and the Japan practice. She has over 25 years' experience working in the tax practice of major accounting and advisory firms. Her expertise covers a broad range of issues including transfer pricing, compliance, cross border and merger taxation, and tax planning. She has extensive experience providing a full range of tax and related services to domestic and multinational clients. Dwi Ary's special expertise is managing challenging tax disputes.
Dwi Ary graduated with a degree in Fiscal Administration from the University of Indonesia. She has been a presenter at a number of domestic and international tax seminars, as well as a contributor to IBFD publications. She is also licensed as a legal representative at the Tax Court.

Julius has over 20 years' experience working in tax. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to multinational and domestic companies in a variety of industry sectors including finance, construction, plantations, power and mining. He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues including transfer pricing and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in tax planning and restructuring, project structuring and due diligence.
Julius has advised on a number of important infrastructure development projects in Indonesia, including several major power projects, the world's largest geothermal project (in Sumatra) and the Jakarta Port Expansion Project.
Julius has a degree in Accounting from Tarumanagara University and practiced as an auditor for five years before joining the tax practice of a major accounting firm.

Suhartono has over 25 years' experience working in the tax practice of major accounting and advisory firms. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to multinational and domestic companies in a variety of industry sectors including construction, independent power producers (IPP), manufacturing and trading. His expertise covers a broad range of issues including transfer pricing, tax compliance, cross border taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience at the Tax Court. He is also the lead coordinator for the firm's customs and excise practice.

Edward Lee was the longest serving Singapore Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia, representing his country from 1994 to 2006, spanning five Presidents, from President Soeharto to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
Prior to his appointment as Ambassador, he had two previous diplomatic postings in Jakarta: 1974-77 and 1980-82. As a diplomat, he has served a total of 18 years in Jakarta and has witnessed, at first hand, the development of Indonesia since the 1970s. For his exemplary work in fostering strong and close relations between Singapore and Indonesia, the Indonesian Government, in 2007, conferred on him its highest civilian award, the Bintang Jasa Utama. Since his retirement from the diplomatic service in 2006, he has continued to live and work in Jakarta.
Ambassador Lee also served with distinction as Ambassador to the Philippines from 1990 to 1993, and as High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalem from 1984 to 1990. In 1993, the Philippines Government decorated him with the rank of Datu (Grand Cross) of the Order of Sikatuna. The Singapore Government has honored him with several accolades, including the Public Administration Medal (Gold) in 1998, the Long Service Medal in 1997, and the Meritorious Service Medal in 2006. Ambassador Lee has vast experience in the corporate world as well. He is a Director of several public-listed companies in Singapore, Indonesia and Australia, including Keppel Land Limited, Indofood Agri Resources Ltd, and Exalt Resources Ltd.
Ambassador Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Singapore and a Master of Arts Degree from Cornell University, and is a member of the President's Advancement Advisory Council at the National University of Singapore.

Harry has 20 year's banking experience and has held the position of CEO of a major multinational and one of the largest telecommunications operators in Indonesia.
Harry has extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business, IT/technology infrastructure, and banking and finance. His skills include risk management, project financing, restructuring, global and local capital market operations, good corporate governance, and business start-up and strategy.
Harry currently serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of US-based Powerstorm Energy Storage Solutions Corporation and is an Independent Commissioner of PT Zurich Topas Life Indonesia. In 2012, Harry served as the Chairman of ATSI (Cellular Telecommunications Services Association of Indonesia) and was a finalist for the CNBC 11th Asian Business Leaders Award.
Harry has an engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Science degree from Ohio State University, USA. He also has a ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) certificate from the Singapore College of Insurance and an Investment Manager Certificate from the Indonesian Capital Market Institute.

Richard has been a tax consultant for more than 15 years with experience at major accounting and advisory firms. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to multinational and domestic companies in a variety of industry sectors including telecommunications, finance, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, power and mining. He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues including special tax regimes. In addition to providing general tax advice, Richard assists with mergers, tax disputes and due diligence reviews.
Richard holds a degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University. He also has Tax Consultant Certification and is licensed as a legal representative at the Tax Court.

Budi has worked for major accounting and advisory firms for more than 15 years providing financial advisory services, focusing on corporate finance, market/commercial due diligence, industry analysis and feasibility studies. He also provides advice on project structuring and restructuring.
During his career, Budi has been directly involved in various transaction services, corporate recovery and corporate finance projects (valuations and M&A). He also has extensive experience in performing research and studies in relation to market entry strategy and market due diligence for a variety of industry sectors.
Budi holds two Masters degrees, one in Commerce (specializing in Information Technology) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and another in Business Administration from Bina Nusantara University. He also studied Library and Information Science at the University of Indonesia.

Terri is originally from the United States and has lived in Indonesia since 1991. She graduated from Northwestern University School of Law, is a licensed member of the California State Bar, and has a B.A. from Barnard College. In Indonesia, she has worked for major accounting and advisory firms. She has also practiced law with several prominent law firms in California and Indonesia.
